SVP try again to get in contact with me, or just cancel the contract (or tell me how to do it...).
There is nothing wrong on your side, but I thought I had bought a SIM-locked mobile - that in fact was not SIM locked, so I can and will continue to use my old provider.
It is already decided, and no offer from your side can change my decision, that the ligne will be cancelled.
