I received a message that I haven’t paid the fee for telephone
Actually, I’m surprised due to the fact that I lost my SIM card several months ago, and that’s why I blocked it through the site
Consequently, I had no chance to use it, hence I don’t understand why I got messages like this
I should mentioned that I left country (I am not resident of France) and closed my bank account
