Bonjour! I would like to after losing my phone and bloquing my card, I'm was still charged for the previous month? Could you please advice is it possible to stop the montly charge from your side, or I should I do something additional except of blocking the card from the espace de client? Also I would like to get my money back foro the previous month of November, you'll see clearly from the statistics that the internet and phone calls werre not used, plus check the date when the card was bloqued.
