My data and SMS are not working in France
Hello,
I went traveling for a few weeks and had data as normal until I boarded the plane back to France. Once I got back, I could no longer send SMS or connect to the Internet. My APN for Web and MMS have not been changed.
I went to see you at my local CIC branch and after an hour of waiting I was told it was fixed. That I had to wait 10 minutes and turn my phone back on and it would work and to come back if it didn't work. It didn't work but I was unable to come back due to work and I'm flying to Berlin in the morning.
Please look into it. The problem is on your end. I have tried other SIM cards on my phone and data works perfectly fine. My phone is a Samsung S8+ bought in Singapore if that makes any difference.
I will be out of France for a few weeks and would very much like to have the Internet access I pay for.

Je souhaiterais basculer sur le forfait 10Go de 4,99 euros. Merci de me répondre rapidement .sinon je quitterai Cdiscount mobile.
