problem regarding validation of documents
I am foreigner student here. my order number is 43xxxxxxxxxx. i ordered the sim on 07-09-2019 and still waiting for the validation of my documents. i need the sim urgently. now all the documents are validated except the ID proof. i upload visa page of my passport for this option. but this document is still not validated. please solve this problem as soon as possible because i need the sim urgently. i am waiting it from 11 days.

Please provide us copy of vignettes OFII ou copy of document "confirmation de validation et enregistrement de son visa long séjour", or Certificate of reception issued by the town hall with stamp less than 3 months old.
If you don't have this documents, you can cancel this order and make a new one for your wife if her VISA is still available for 6 months.

Merci de nous fournir une copie des vignettes OFII ou une copie du document "confirmation de la validation et l'enregistrement de son visa long séjour" ou l'attestation d'accueil délivrée par la mairie avec tampon inférieur à 3 mois.
Si vous n'avez pas ces documents, vous pouvez annuler cette commande et en souscrire une nouvelle pour votre femme si son VISA est encore valable plus de 6 mois.

We can not validate the ID proof, the student VISA is not accepted. Please provide us with valid documents (residence permit).

You means to say, a student could not be able to purchase your sim card? I am going to apply for the resident card. i got the appointment from Prefecture office but it will take time to get the residence permit. but that will also be as student. So, is it not possible for me to get the sim?
i am purchasing this sim for my wife and she is on visitor visa for one year. is her Visa will be applicable for it or not?

I have OFII sticker on my passport and i also took appointment for applying the card for next year. So, i can send you the scan copy of OFII sticker and appointment page for resident card. But where i can send you? because at order portal there is no option now to upload the document.Please guide me, is this document finally enough for you? or i have to buy some other sim because i need it urgently now.
