I can not speak franch, how to use email to contact with the help service. And how to use the card outside of France.
I can not speak French so i can not use phone to find the help service. This end of the month I want to go to other European countries for trip, but last year i found that my card can not be used in other countries. What can I do to activate the service so that i can use network and call others outside France. Also please leave me an email adress which i can contact with. My email adress is a*****@qq.com or ******@essec.edu

Our client advisors can not answer in a foreign language.
Can you contact our customer service using French?
If necessary, we are open from Monday to Saturday, from 8h to 22h at 0969 360 200 (non-surcharged number).
