Options to terminate my contract
My NRJ mobile contract with 6-month promotion will end in Jan 2021.
I want to end the contract before the promotion ends, so that I don't have to pay the full price without any discount.
Can I terminate the contract via email?
And during that time can I purchase a new NRJ simcard with new number and new promotion, separately?
If possible, can I continue with some other promotional options so that I don't have to terminate my contract and re-purchase another new simcard with new promotion?
