I am an international student. Before I left France, I asked for CIC to terminate all my contracts including CIC mobile, at the same time I asked him if I had any upcoming bill needed to pay and he said no. Now I am already back in my country, but I received an email, saying I haven’t pay the bill... also I didn’t closed the mobile yet, so I even have to pay one more month, which is very strange. I don’t know how can I pay, I already closed my French bank account. And moreover, I don’t understand why I need to pay for the extra months.
