I ordered a new SIM card on 2/11/2024, but I haven't received anything yet. I then placed another order on 23/2/2024, but again, I didn't receive anything. Despite contacting the call center multiple times, they still say the delivery is in process. Unfortunately, I've been paying the monthly bill without being able to use the line. Could you please advise me on how many more months I should wait to receive the SIM card?
